A deilicious curry recipe! tastes great and easy to make
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
3 -4 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons ginger paste
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 -2 lb fresh shrimp, peeled
Directions:
1. Melt butter; add onion and flour. Stir until a smooth paste is formed.
2. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil.
3. Add coconut milk when mixture begins to thicken, then add the remaining seasonings and shrimp.
4. Simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Serve with rice and garnishes.
