Shrimp Creole

A filling dish useful for Lent or any day
Ingredients:
3lbs to 5lbs fresh shrimp cleaned and deveined
3tablespoons flour
olive oil about half of flour
tomatos (canned) one 8 0z can (chopped)
one small can tomoto paste
fresh parsley and preferred herbal seasonings
three garlic pods choppped
three cps water
creole seasoning( available everywhere) be careful it has a bite
Directions:
1. Peel shrimp and clean and devein
2. Open one can of tomoto paste
3. heat Olive oil
4. Add Flour cook till almost brown
5. add tomotoes including tomato paste
6. Stir
7. Open one can 12oz tomotoes (chopped) Cook in olive oil
8. Put all ingredients excluding shrimp to Cook for a few minutes till ll ls jelled
9. Add shrimp and water Be sure to use bottled water or other filler
10. Cook for about 15minutes more
11. Serve over Rice
