1 cup couscous, uncooked |
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 small yellow onion, diced |
1 small zucchini, diced |
1 small tomato, diced |
1/4 cup feta cheese |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cook the shrimp, onion, garlic, and zucchini in the olive oil. 2. Cook the couscous as directed on box. 3. Combine couscous, tomato, cheese, and shrimp mixture. |
