You'll find this a great accompaniment to shrimp, chicken wings, and other finger food. This recipe is a little hot, but it can be cooled down by cutting back on the pepper and horseradish. For a milder cocktail sauce, start with 1/4 lb horseradish, 4 tbsp garlic powder, and 1 tbsp hot sauce. Ratchet the ingredients up to taste, but if you like a hot dipper with good converstation over hors devoirs, follow the recipe to a tee. Ingredients:

1/2 lb horseradish |
5 tablespoons garlic powder |
3 teaspoons coarse black pepper |
2 tablespoons hot sauce |
