I *love* making this appetizer because it is quick, can easily be doubled and it is adaptable for adding as much kick as you want. Easy party food or just good munching food. :D Ingredients:
**cocktail sauce |
1/2 c. ketchup |
1/2 c. chili sauce |
2 to 3 t. prepared horseradish sauce |
1 t. worcestershire sauce |
**shrimp cooking directions |
1 pound medium shrimp |
old bay seasoning to cook shrimp in |
Directions:
1. **COCKTAIL SAUCE DIRECTIONS** 2. In a small bowl, combine all cocktail sauce ingredients; mix well. 3. **SHRIMP DIRECTIONS** 4. Cook shrimp according to the Old Bay Seasoning recipe on can and let cool. Peel and devein shrimp. Arrange on platter or serving tray. Serve shrimp with sauce immediately, or cover and refrigerate separately until serving time. |
