A must for family gatherings or holiday dinners. I love this!!! There is NEVER any leftovers. Ingredients:
10 cups celery, finely chopped |
1 cup onion, finely chopped |
32 ounces v8 vegetable juice |
1 1/2 cups chili sauce |
1/2 cup catsup |
4 teaspoons tabasco sauce (adjust to your taste) |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
4 cans small shrimp |
Directions:
1. Prepare celery and onions. 2. In large container (I use a gallon jar) mix next 7 ingredients. 3. Add celery and onions. 4. Stir well. 5. Add shrimp and stir gently until mixed. 6. Chill. 7. Serve in cocktail glasses. |
