This is a lovely soup, easy and filling in crock pot Ingredients:
1/2 chopped onion |
2 tbutter |
2 cans-12 oz evaporated milk |
2 cans cream potato soup |
2 cans cream of chicken soup |
1 can white shoe peg corn (11 oz) |
1 tea tony's creole seasoning (might like more) |
3/4 tea garlic powder |
2 lbs cooked shrimp |
3 oz cream cheese |
4 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. In skillet saute the onion in butter until tender. Place in crock pot with other ingredients EXCLUDING THE SHRIMP AND CREAM CHEESE AND BACON. Mix ingredients together and cook on low for 3 hours. Stir in shrimp and cream cheese cook additional 30 min until the shrimp are warm and the cheese has melted, stir well to blend. Garnish with bacon. |
