Shrimp Chip and Vegetable Dip |

My friend Keile gave me this recipe many years ago and I love taking it to gatherings. It makes a ton but you can easily half the recipe. So easy but so good. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) carton cottage cheese |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 1/2 tablespoons hidden valley ranch dressing mix (dry mix) |
2 (4 ounce) cans medium shrimp, drained and rinsed |
Directions:
1. Mix together all of the ingredients except the shrimp. 2. Carefully fold in the shrimp so it doesn't break up. 3. Serve with potato chips or cut vegetables. |
