I found this recipe in a magazine years ago and I often make it for buffets or if I have a crowd. It's great for parties! Ingredients:
2 cans tuna |
2 cans shrimp (or use frozen) |
2 cups raw rice |
2 cans mushroom soup |
1 can milk |
1 onion, lightly sauteed |
1/2 green pepper (optional) |
celery, diced |
salt & pepper |
slivered almonds |
crushed potato chip |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients into a large casserole dish. 2. Bake at 300 for 1 hour. |
