Stir fry, not including rice Ingredients:
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
2 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 1/2 pounds shrimp |
4 teaspoons canola oil |
1 pound broccoli |
1 cup asparagus |
Directions:
1. mix first 6 ingredients together until smoothe 2. heat 2 teaspoons of oil, add shrimp and cook until pink. remove from heat and keep warm. 3. stir fry onions, garlic and ginger with remaining oil for 2 minutes. add broccoli 4. stir in cornstarch mixture. bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. add shrimp and heat through. |
