The cilantro really balances and cuts through the raw garlic here. A delicious and glamourous summer dish that will wow guests at your next BBQ! Ingredients:
handful grape tomatoes, chopped |
several large cooked shrimp, chopped |
1 large avocado, cubed |
2 cups cooked brown rice |
cilantro- chopped |
raw minced garlic, one clove |
salt and pepper to taste |
chopped green onion, optional |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together well to taste. 2. Tastes even better after chilling in the fridge for awhile, or the next day. 3. Enjoy! |
