Ingredients:
1/2 stick(s) butter |
1 bunch(es) finely chopped green onions |
1 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 (8oz) can(s) sliced mushrooms |
1 pound(s) small shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 (16 oz) container(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Melt butter. Add green onions and shrimp. Cook untill shrimp turn pink, then add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms, and sour cream. Stir well while cooking over moderate heat for 10 minutes. |
