A wonderful savory shrimp appetizer Just mix up the amount of sauce you think you need and mix into shrimp
Ingredients:
equal parts of
white vinegar
olive oil
chopped green onions
creole mustard
minced garlic to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
paprika to taste
cooked shrimp as desired
Directions:
1. Cook shrimp in shell, peel and cool.
2. Mix all sauce ingredients.
3. I usually start with 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 vinegar to start with for about 4 servings
4. Pour over cooked shrimp and gently mix to cover.
5. Serve on a bed of salad greens
6. May also be served chilled.
