Incredible salad that serves as a main course. Especially good when you don't want to heat the house up. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice chilled |
10 ounces frozen cooked shrimp thawed |
1-1/2 cups diced celery |
2 green onions chopped |
8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts drained |
10 ounces frozen small peas thawed |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
lettuce leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves then mix well and chill 2 hours. 2. Serve on lettuce leaves. |
