I have not tried this recipe yet but it sounds good ..and is easy to make... the recipe is from the Florida Seafood council's recipes Ingredients:
2 pounds potatoes |
1/2 pound fresh shrimp |
3 tablespoons mascarpone cheese |
salt and cracked white pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut the potato into large cubes. Put in a medium size pot, cover with water and cook on medium-high heat until tender and strain the potatoes. 2. Grill your shrimp on low heat so there are no black marks. Cook until pink. 3. Chop shrimp into small bite size pieces. 4. Combine with potatoes and mix well. 5. Add mascarpone cheese, salt and cracked white pepper to taste. |
