a delicious breakfast alternative Ingredients:
8 big eggs, scrambled |
1 onion, minced |
1/2 tsp white pepper |
1 tsp soy sauce |
1/4 kilo of shrimp or prawns, shelled |
1 cup of fresh green peas (canned peas is okay too) |
1 tbsp light soy sauce |
1/2 tsp sugar |
3 tbsp oyster sauce |
3 tbsp oil for cooking |
Directions:
1. before cooking, add the light soy sauce and sugar to the scrambled egg. beat until well-mixed. 2. in an omelette or frying pan, put in oil and preheat for about 5minutes in medium heat 3. add in onions, green peas, soy sauce , white pepper and shrimp. stir fry for a minute. 4. add in the scrambled eggs. 5. cook to your desired consistency or texture. 6. Once cooked, put in a platter and brush the oyster sauce on the egg. 7. serve with bread or fried rice. |
