This recipe goes with Henry's Restaurant Pompano À La Gherardi Ingredients:
1 cup chopped green onion |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
8 slices white bread, cubed |
1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped |
1/2 pound lump crab meat, drained |
1/4 cup sherry |
1 egg, beaten |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Sauté onion and parsley in butter in a large skillet until onion is tender. Add bread cubes, stirring to coat. Stir in remaining ingredients. |
