Quick, easy & satisfying on a cool nite! Looks like you spent a long time in the kitchen...:) Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon onion or shallot, minced |
1 (10.5 - oz) can of condensed cheddar cheese soup |
2 1/2 cups milk |
1 (16 oz) can of chopped tomatoes |
salt & pepper |
8 oz fresh or frozen cooked shrimp |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce (optional) |
1/4 cup white wine (optional |
pinch of dill (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a Pot, heat Butter and saute' onions. 2. Add soup, milk, tomatoes and all additional seasonings to taste. 3. Heat, do not boil. 4. Add Shrimp and cook 10 minutes on low. 5. Serve Hot... with crusty bread and a glass of wine. |
