                                                6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)  |  
                                                2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil  |  
                                                2 garlic cloves, minced  |  
                                                1 teaspoon dried oregano  |  
                                                1 teaspoon hot sauce  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley  |  
                                                8 cups gourmet salad greens  |
