Shrimp and broccoli Ingredients:
1 tablespoon canola oil |
4 cups broccoli |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 garlic clove, minced |
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1 1/2 lb shrimp |
1 cups brown rice |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large wok or high-sided skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2 minutes. 3. Add soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice 4. Continue to stir-fry until broccoli is almost crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. 5. Add shrimp and stir fry. 6. Serve hot over brown rice. |
