Shrimp and Bacon Deviled Eggs |

Southern Living Ingredients:
12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled |
3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt (to taste) |
1 cup chopped cooked shrimp |
1/3 cup cooked crumbled bacon |
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives |
Directions:
1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks. 2. Process yolks, mayonnaise, and next 3 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 3. Stir in shrimp, bacon, and chives; taste and adjust seasoning. 4. Spoon filling into egg white halves. 5. Cover and chill 4 hours. |
