Shrimp and Asparagus Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 lb asparagus
10 1/2 oz medium shrimp
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 cups fresh spinach
15 oz can cannellini beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup chicken broth, low sodium fat free
1 tbs chopped fresh parsley
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tbs cider vinegar
Directions:
1. steam asparagus
2. cook shrimp in skillet
3. combine shrimp, asparagus, beans and spinach in large bowl and mix
4. saute onions and garlic in skillet until soft. add remaining ingredients to skillet to warm.
5. drizzle over salad and serve.
