Good veggie and shrimp dish Ingredients:
8 ounce spaghetti |
3 tbsp butter |
3 tbsp flour |
2 1/4 cups skim milk |
3/4 cups mozzarella |
1/2 cup parmesan |
12 ounce shrimp, cooked |
4 ounce mushrooms |
8 ounce asparagus |
1 1/2 chicken bouillon cube |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in medium saucepan. Blend in flour and bouillon; cook until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk; cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add cheese; stir until smooth. Stir in shrimp, asparagus and mushrooms, cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over cooked pasta. |
