                    Very easy to fix shrimp and pasta. The part that takes the longest is shelling and deveining the shrimp. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 tablespoons olive oil  |  
                                                1 medium onion  |  
                                                1/2 cup white wine  |  
                                                1 1/2 lbs fresh medium shrimp, shelled  |  
                                                3 cloves garlic, crushed  |  
                                                3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley  |  
                                                1/3 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes  |  
                                                4 ounces butter  |  
                                                10 ounces angel hair pasta  |  
                                                salt (as needed)  |  
                                                pepper (as needed)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cook pasta in rapidly boiling salted water. 2. While pasta is boiling, heat the oil in a sauté pan, add onion, and sauté 2 minutes. 3. Add garlic, sauté 1 minute. 4. Add shrimp; cook 1-2 minutes. 5. Add butter, wine, red pepper, salt, and pepper. 6. When pasta is done, drain and place on plate and pour shrimp mixture over it.                              |
