                    My love of seafood and a hearty soup melded into one. This soup is best when eaten warm not piping hot. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                3 potatoes, peeled and diced  |  
                                                1/2 onion, finely chopped  |  
                                                1 1/2-2 cups chicken stock  |  
                                                30 raw shrimp, peeled completely  |  
                                                1 roma tomato, finely chopped  |  
                                                1/2 cup alfredo sauce  |  
                                                1/3 cup milk  |  
                                                1 teaspoon parsley  |  
                                                black pepper, to taste  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Boil potato and onion in stock for 20 minutes til soft. 2. Add shrimp and cook another 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.                              |
