This recipe is something I threw together! I added a few things each time until I was happy with it. It's easy and can also be used with chicken! It's a favorite of my twin sisters that are 9. Ingredients:
1 lb small shrimp, without tails and peeled |
2 (20 ounce) jars alfredo sauce (i use parmesan) |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms |
1 medium tomato |
salt |
pepper |
1 dash chili powder |
1 garlic clove |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 lb linguine |
Directions:
1. Sauté the shrimp and garlic in butter until almost opaque. 2. Add alfredo sauce, mushrooms, tomato, salt pepper, chili powder, and parm cheese. 3. Cook 20 minutes. 4. Serve over alfredo noodles. 5. Top with sprinkle of parmesan cheese. 6. This is great with cheesy garlic bread and salad. |
