This makes a nice spicy, but not too hot, rub for just about any kind of meat so I make it in bulk. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon dried oregano |
1 tablespoon dried thyme |
1/4 cup kosher salt |
1/4 cup onion powder |
1/4 cup paprika |
1/8 cup garlic powder |
1/8 cup cayenne pepper |
1/8 cup black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a resealable bag. Makes enough for about 10 cuts of meat. |
