I use this for shredded chicken burritos and/or tacos. Sometimes I just eat the meat by itself Ingredients:
2 -3 chicken breasts |
1 (8 ounce) can chicken broth |
1 bay leaf |
1 (8 ounce) can rotel tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot. 2. Heat on low or medium until cooked through. 3. Should be able to shred chicken with a fork easily. 4. Chicken should not be pink. |
