Ingredients:
1/4 cup light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 (8-ounce) granny smith apple, unpeeled |
3 cups finely shredded cabbage |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir until smooth with a whisk. Set aside. 2. Shred apple. Combine shredded apple and cabbage in a large bowl; add mayonnaise mixture, and toss gently to coat. |
