Shortcut Chicken Manicotti

I saw this in the Kraft Foods Foods & Family magazine and thought it sounded really good.
Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 lb velveeta cheese, cut up
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
12 manicotti, uncooked
1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Mix soup, water and Velveeta in microwaveable bowl.
3. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 2 minutes.
4. Pour one third of the soup mixture onto bottom of 13 X9 inch baking dish; set aside.
5. Add broccoli to remaining soup mixture.
6. Stuff pasta with chicken strips; place in baking dish.
7. Cover completely with remaining soup mixture.
8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
9. Cover with Foil.
10. Bake 45 - 50 minutes or until pasta is tender and chicken is cooked thru.
