I make this quick and fancy meal. After a hard day at work and I want something more then fast food. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) jars chicken gravy |
3 cups rotisserie-cooked chicken |
1 (8 ounce) container fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1/2 cup marsala |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon italian herb seasoning |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a large skillet or saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta or rice. |
