Shortcut Blueberry Coffee Cake |

I don't bake, but I can do this! We have it with soup on a cold day. Makes the house smell good. Ingredients:
1 box blueberry muffin mix |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 egg |
1/2 cup water |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Rinse and drain berries. 2. Set aside. 3. Pour oil into 8 to 9 square or round pan. 4. Add mix, egg and water. 5. Stir with fork to blend. 6. sprinkle with berries, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 7. Fold into batter with a fork. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
