Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups castor sugar |
3 1/2 cups butter |
2 egg yolks |
8 3/4 cups all-purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and butter together until smooth. Add egg yolks and finally add in the flour without excessively mixing or kneading. Chill for 2 hours. 2. Roll out to 1/2-inch depth and cut into 2-inch circles. 3. Preheat oven to 320 degrees F. 4. Place on a greased and floured baking tray and cook for 15 minutes until light brown.
