A good Christmas recipe. One that can be passed on by generations. Ingredients:
1 lb soft butter |
1/2 cup cornstarch |
1 cup icing sugar |
3 cups flour |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat with eletric mixer softened butter, corn startch, icing sugar and flor. 2. Drop by teaspoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheet. 3. You can add a chocolate Chip or a glazed cherrie to the top of the cookie. 4. Bake at 325 C for 17-25 minutes depending on the temperature of your oven. |
