I couldn't find a recipe for British shortbread surprisingly enough. I am totally guessing on the servings. Ingredients:
175 g flour |
175 g butter |
75 g sugar |
75 g rice flour |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients very well and roll the dough out. 2. Cut rectangular cookies and make holes with a fork. 3. Bake them 1 hour (or until they are golden brown) at 150 (300) degrees in the oven. |
