Sopska salad can be served with slices of bread as an apetizer or as main dish. Ingredients:
200 g tomatoes |
10 ml olive oil |
30 g onion |
30 g feta cheese |
50 g cucumbers |
1 medium red bell pepper |
1 small green pepper |
Directions:
1. 1 Roast the red bell pepper, wrap it in foil or plastic wrap for a few minutes, peel and allow to cool. 2. 2 Dice and put the tomatoes, cucumber and green bell pepper in a salad bowl. 3. 3 Dice the red bell pepper and add it to the tomato mixture. 4. 4 Add the onions. 5. 5 Season with a pinch of salt. 6. 6 Be careful when seasoning with salt because the cheese is already salty, so don't add too much salt. 7. 7 Sprinkle the olive oil over it. 8. 8 Mix carefully. 9. 9 Add the crumbled cheese. 10. 10 Garnish with black olives and origano. 11. 11 Serve. |
