10 cups carrots (grated or shredded) |
1/4 cup whole wheat flour |
4 large eggs |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon cayenne |
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine carrots, whole wheat flour, eggs, honey, salt, cayenne and pepper. Mix well. 2. Form mixture into 6 patties. 3. In a skillet, heat oil. Add patties and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. |
