A delicious side dish casserole great for the holidays and dinner parties!!!! Ingredients:
2 cans white shoepeg corn |
1 can chopped green chili, drained |
3/4 cup cream cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients into a casserole dish. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. 3. Stir before serving. |
