This recipe is from Light Take Five cookbook. Excellent side dish for any meal. Delicious! Ingredients:
1 (8 -10 ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon creole seasoning |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Chill until ready to serve. |
