This is a hit everywhere I take it. Ingredients:
2 cans shoepeg corn |
1 8 oz block of cream cheese |
1 small can chopped green chiles |
2 tbs butter |
salt to taste |
pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat cream cheese and butter over low heat until 2. add green chiles ,corn, salt and pepper and mix well 3. Pour mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. 4. bake at 350 for about 30 minutes |
