2 cans (11 ounces each) shoepeg or white corn, drained |
1 can ( 14 1/2 ounces) french style green beans, drained |
8 ounces mushrooms, sauted |
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted |
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream |
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup chopped green pepper |
3/4 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 18 crackers) |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. 2. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. 3. Sprinkle with the cracker crumbs; drizzle with butter. 4. Bake, uncovered, at 325 ° for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. |
