Wonderful casserole that has replaced the tradional green bean casserole on Thanksgiving. The entire family gobbles it up :-) Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, drained |
2 (8 ounce) cans french style green beans, drained |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 -8 ozcan cream of mushroom soup |
1 small onion |
1 green bell pepper |
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 stack ritz cracker |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Mix first 7 ingredients in casserole dish. 2. Melt butter set aside. 3. Crush stack of Ritz Crackers into melted butter. 4. Top casserole with Cracker mixture. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
