A great new use for ice cube trays this summer! From Hungry Girl. Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat free cool whip, thawed |
5 tbsp. fat-free cream cheese, softened |
1 tbsp splenda granular |
1/4 tsp lemon extract |
3 tbsp hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Beat Cool Whip, cream cheese, Splenda and extract together with a whisk until smooth. 2. Evenly distribute mixture into 10 sections of an ice cube tray. 3. Top each with equal amounts of chocolate syrup, and tap tray to settle mixture. 4. Freeze solid, about 3 hours. |
