Haven't tried it yet, from Mastering the Art of Barbecue Cooking by Hannah H. Thomas, 1974. Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, mashed |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1/2 cup dry wine |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander |
Directions:
1. Mash the salt into the garlic. 2. Combine all the ingredients. 3. Goes well on lamb. |
