Great side dish and nice break from potatoes.My grandma Knorberg used to make this often. Ingredients:
1/2 cup long grain rice |
1 (284 ml) can campbell chicken broth |
0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix |
1 (284 ml) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a small dish. 2. Bake 50 minutes at 350F uncovered and 10 more minutes, covered. |
