Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Add butter, eggs, and milk; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
2. Spoon batter into well-greased muffin pans, filling three-fourths full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
