This is an easy recipe my friend gave me, it's healthy and delicious. Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, diced |
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced |
1 large onion, diced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a medium serving dish, toss the tomatoes, cucumbers and onion with lemon juice and salt. |
