a very nice glaze

Ingredients:

8 (1 ounce) bittersweet chocolate squares, chopped

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 tablespoon light corn syrup

Directions:

1. Place the chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler.
2. Add corn syrup and set over a pan of simmering water.
3. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth. use after cooled down a little bit.
