Want something for party that easy and fast? This shimp rolls will be great...my friends always asked for me to make when come to party Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb of big size shimp peeled and devined...tail in for garnish |
oil for deep fry |
1 package of eggroll wrapper thawed ( they usually come in 25) |
1 egg beated |
2 cup of thai chili sauce |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix shimp with salt and pepper and set aside. 2. Beated on egg in a bowl and set aside. 3. Place a eggroll wrapper on a flat surface. Fold one corner about half way in. Place shimp tail out from folded corner. Roll up tightly to the end. Brush egg onto the end of wrapper to seal and it ready to fry....cook until golden brown. 4. When done arrange on serving plate with a side of Thai Chili Sauce |
