Got this recipe from a friend. Very nice on a very hot day....so refreshing. Ingredients:
45 ml cognac |
60 ml ruby red grapefruit juice |
30 ml lemon juice |
2 teaspoons passion fruit |
2 teaspoons caster sugar |
5 mint leaves |
ice, to serve |
Directions:
1. Muddle mint in the base of a cocktail shaker with the sugar and lemon juice. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Shake and strain into tall glasses with ice. 4. Garnish with mint and/or passionfruit pulp if desired. 5. Note~. 6. Muddling is used to extract flavours and is mostlydone in a wood pestle. |
